Like The Cow Jumped Over The Moon print
This illustration was originally commissioned by åbäke to Ryuto Miyake on the basis of the layering of stories in Fitzcarraldo, starting with the real story, the double attempt by Herzog to filming it, the documentary by Blank and the sculpture, film and performances by Aurélien Froment. All stories were told according to “Like the Cow…” and Ryuto was left drawing a single image of the story. Interestingly, Aurélien is depicted as a magician performer used in a different project as Ryuto mistook the actor with the artist.
